    Our client, multinational U.K. manufacturing company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to join their expanding team as a Sales Executive

    Job Duties:

    • To maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers to achieve agreed business aims
    • Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales
    • Follow-up with customers on sales enquiries on a daily basis
    • Prepare quotations for customers & liaise with warehouse team for order processing
    • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agree aims
    • Conduct marketing activities to support product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions
    • Conduct visits to Architects & Consultants
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

    Our Client, an established logistics solution provider, is looking for a highly driven and motivated individual to join their team as a Telesales Executive.

    Responsibilities

    • Formulate sales plan that incorporates initiatives to identify and gain new business prospects and maximize growth
    • Gain the revenue growth through Up-selling and Cross-selling
    • Combine sales skills with company’s product & service knowledge and convert the maximum possible prospect leads into accounts
    • Continually develop knowledge of company’s services and general commercial awareness in order to provide the best possible standard of customer service and maximize the department’s contribution to the sales function
    • Open new accounts and ensure they trade profitably
    • Complete daily and weekly reports to measure individual and department’s effectiveness and provide figures showing weekly productivity in a timely manner
    • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database

    Requirements

    • Sales and results-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
    • Possess good spoken and written communication skills
    • IT savvy and is proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

    Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 6.00pm
