Our client, a healthcare institute, is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Strategic Planning Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic planning initiatives to contribute towards the review, translation and communication of strategies
• Analyse and illuminate the impact of cross-cutting issues on ageing and community care
• Facilitate staff discussions and workshops with stakeholders for effective sense-making and co-creation of responses
• Drive long-term planning and formulates an integrated and strategic view of programmes and enablement initiatives
• Analyse emerging strategic issues impacting community care, translate insights and national policy into practical strategies and influence stakeholders for alignment
• Drive research and strategy with partners and stakeholders, towards the vision of fostering a vibrant care community that enables people to live well and age gracefully
• Facilitate company-wide engagements for cross-cutting issues
• Develop and maintain frameworks to support prioritisation of initiatives and evaluation of study trips
• Assist with the implementation of impact measurement
• Support the development of content such as meeting materials for Chairman’s or CEO’s engagements

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategic planning, policy or corporate development
• Experience in the health or social care sector will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Good stakeholder engagement skills

 Job Responsibilities:

• Performing quality control testing according to documented test procedures
• Recording and maintaining all testing records in a systematic manner to ensure traceability of records
• Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure their reliability
• Preparing trial blends for new formulations
• Preparing samples for customers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Chemical Process Technology/ Chemistry or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant laboratory experience in managing chemicals in liquid form
• Able to work on rotating shift pattern (Mondays to Fridays) and commit to overtime work when required

Rotating Shift:

• AM Shift: 7.15am to 3.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
• PM Shift: 3.15pm to 11.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site training to customers and participate in training for customers or members of staff
• Provide technical support for pre-sales activities (product demonstrations, active participation in medical exhibitions etc.)
• Provide post-sales applications support for customers
• Support internal training sessions to ensure good product knowledge within all relevant parties
• Maintain good business relationship with all customers
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or any other equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in QC laboratory team for the microbiological control of food and/or biopharma of a leading production company in Singapore
• Good knowledge of local regulations in Food and Pharmaceuticals testing.
• Experience in an applied science area (e.g. institutional Research) is advantageous
• Able to travel (est. 10%) regionally and internationally as required
