    As a Technical writer, you are responsible for:

    • Development of customer-facing documentation in support of the company’s product line.
    • Product documentation which focus on new product introductions
    • Key objectives are to provide clear, concise documentation to support customer integration of the client’s technology, publish product specifications and product overviews, publish SDK documentation to detail interfaces and APIs relevant to production integration

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-5 year’s experience of technical writing
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to synthesize relevant information into concise and clear documentation for customer use
    • Knowledge of HTML, XML

    Our client, a leader in the Logistics industry is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated candidate to join them as a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • This role reports to the HR Vice-Present (Singapore Operations)
    • Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits (C&B) programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy
    • Implement Global / Regional C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
    • Collaborate with business leaders / line managers / business partners to design, develop and review country specific’s compensation plans and other C&B initiatives to support the achievement of business goals.
    • Analyze C&B market surveys, benchmark best C&B practices, fine-tune existing HR-related systems and/or propose new initiatives to strengthen company’s market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent.
    • Providing feasibility study and project plans
    • Manage annual performance appraisal process
    • Manage short-term / long-term incentive plans; share / stock ownership plans.
    • Manage staff cost and conduct job analysis and evaluation.
    • Highlighting country issues to Global/Regional C&B to ensure a fair country representation.

     

    Requirements:

    • Possess at least a Bachelor degree in HR/ Business or equivalent
    • Possess at least 8 years of relevant HR experience (specializing in C&B area)
    • Familiar with Singapore’s labor laws, regulations and practices
    • Strong in data analysis
