    Our client, a leading distributor of pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare products, is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Finance & Administration Manager.

     Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial and administrative policies, procedures and other controls for the effective and safe management of the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring uniformity and compliance with directives of Group Finance
    • Responsible and supervises the management of administrative, insurance and payroll functions.
    • Direct the preparation and consolidation of comprehensive monthly management and other financial reports for the company for submittal to the General Manager and the Board of Directors.
    • Analyse financial statements, manage cash flow and establish controls to safeguard funds. Review income and costs relative to goals and takes corrective action as necessary
    • Monitors the company’s financial performance and recommends and implements fiscal requirements.
    • Manages periodic stock-take; interacts with auditors and managers.
    • Directs and coordinates budget preparation according to the budget calendar; develops budgeting methodology and aids other managers in preparing their budgets; consolidates budgets from division managers periodically for submittal to General Manager and Board of Directors.
    • Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of governmental, company and other reports as required in respect of assigned areas of responsibilities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree in Accountancy, or accounting-related studies
    • Preferably a Chartered Accountant in Singapore
    • Experience in audit is preferable
    • Experience in similar pharma distribution industry is advantageous
    • Experience in managing all finance and accounting functions for the whole company, from operations to audit.

    The Organization is a leading European distributor of cosmetics and fragrances, and is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Customer Service Executive (Contract) Contract duration from May 2019 to Nov 2019, OR May 2019 to Jan 2020.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage orders from Asian subsidiaries using SAP
    • Be the customer’s focal point of contact for orders, shipments, product delivery schedules and lead-time, stock availability, pricing and returns
    • Liaise with Supply Planning team and local Production team on product availability and order fulfilment
    • Deliver products in time for counter launches, keeping in mind planning and shipping schedules
    • Liaise with 3PL to ensure timely picking/ packing/ labelling and delivery of orders
    • Issue invoices sand necessary shipping documents for shipments
    • Maintain parameters and MRP status in SAP
    • Contributes and achieves department’s vision and KPIs
    • Backup for teammates 

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
    • 2 to 5 years relevant experience in customer service and supply chain management
    • A team player who is able to work independently
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willing to learn with positive working attitude
    • SAP experience
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
    • Supply planning experience a plus

    Salary range: up to $4000 (offered salary commensurate with experience)
