    Our client, an established company in the distribution of Medical Devices & consumables, is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic candidate to join the team.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Drive structured management reporting on key commercial metrics to facilitate management decision-making
    • Generate and analyse business reports to provide insights for formulation of business/ action plans based on business requirements
    • Understand business and data requirements from both internal and external stakeholders to enhance company’s system and portal
    • Ensure timely submission of distributor data, reliability of data inputs and data integrity in collaboration with all key stakeholders
    • Monitor customer orders against demand forecasts and in-market sales on a regular basis to highlight potential gaps for further actions
    • Work closely with the business and functional teams to implement programs to drive competitive advantage and track implementation/ progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Support management in developing presentations and reports for business reviews, strategic plans and initiatives
    • Drive user adoption and training on new analytical models, tools and reporting dashboards

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 – 3 years of prior experience in data analysis and business operations
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience in distributor/ channel partner performance management through KPIs would be advantageous
    • Proficient in MS Excel
    • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce.com, Power B1/ Tableau will be preferred

     Job Responsibilities:

    • Overall management of customer service, supply chain planning, logistics and distribution management for SEA+ region
    • Build and implement a best-in-class supply chain to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and working capital management (inventory)
    • Manage country supply chain distribution cost variable and fixed to meet the agreed budget
    • Lead the team to meet the agreed global, regional and local targets/ objectives as revenue, inventory turn
    • Lead and facilitate cross functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management including Supply Demand Planning, logistics and distribution management
    • Experience implementing supply chain improvement initiatives, managing 3PL in warehouse and distribution environment
    • Candidates with working knowledge of SAP is preferred

    • 8 years of relevant supply chain experience with minimum 3 years in building business cases and leading SCM strategic/ improvement projects using project methodologies
    • Experience leading contract logistics RFQ/ RFP/ RFI in APAC countries
    • Good working knowledge of SAP

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and source for new products
    • Identify, qualify and source for new suppliers/ vendors to reduce cost and improve quality/ reliability
    • Liaise and coordinate between the suppliers and technical team to determine new and alternate sources
    • Ensure purchase orders are released in a timely manner
    • Liaise with the logistics and finance team on receiving, invoices and any payment matters
    • Monitor outstanding purchase orders and expedite on urgent materials
    • Liaise with US counterpart for parts shipment, goods received and drop shipment
    • Day-to-day resolution of process and requisition-to- pay issues
    • Maintain procurement records e.g. items purchased, costs, delivery, Lead-time etc
    • Drive and management Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation, rework, purge and cost impact
    • Manage inventory, ensure rejected and upgraded parts are sent to suppliers
    • Support spares, options orders
    • Other duties as required

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in direct materials purchase
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous
    • Good working knowledge of Bill of Material with the ability to interpret technical drawing/ specifications will be preferred
