Our client, an office equipment manufacturer, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to troubleshoot printers. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will need to service copiers and printers.
- Attend to customer requests via emails, calls and fax
- Handle the ticketing system and troubleshoot IT related issues
- Ensure proper documentation and update customer database
- Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in servicing printers or copiers
- Effective communication skills
