Our client, a leader in the maritime industry, is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Systems Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain / setup PC, printer and IT related hardware / software for existing vessel or new build vessel.
• Staging PCs and IT equipment for new build or existing vessels.
• Troubleshoot any hardware / software issues reported by vessel onboard ship.
• Maintain / design ship local area network.
• Setup and support Satellite communication equipment such as Maritime broadband services.
• To maintain and upkeep IT hardware / software inventory.
• Setup and support Satellite communication equipment such as Maritime broadband services.
• Extensive travelling will be required onboard vessels
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
• Good understanding of LAN setup
• A team player
