Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is currently seeking experienced Resident Doctors to join their expanding team in providing healthcare services to migrant workers in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of payroll for employees (about 350 headcount per month, 2 payroll runs), ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures
• Collect and verify timesheets, leave records, and other relevant data for payroll calculations
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues, working closely with the HR department and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain payroll records, prepare payroll-related and ad-hoc reports as requested by Management
• Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports, such as IRAS tax filings

• Submission of government childcare / maternity / paternity leave and other government grants
• Submit payroll claims for manpower grants
• Updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.)

• Attend to internal enquiries regarding payroll and leave matters
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Possess good numeracy skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior payroll experience is referable but not mandatory
