 Our Client, a well-established healthcare services company, is looking for a candidate to join their team as a Personal Assistant to provide general operation support to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, agendas and meeting packages
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings
  • Consolidate data and assist to produce diverse reports, assemble and analyse findings and data
  • Anticipate, organise and coordinate work flow and schedule management

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in any field
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
