Our client, a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Senior/ Pharmacist.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education/counselling to patients and caregivers
- Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy
- Perform clinical assessment of patients/customers with minor ailments and provide Pharmacy-only medications and/or General Sales List with appropriate education and advice
- Participate in the clinical education of students, trainees, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in research and quality improvement activities
Job Requirements:
- Possess a recognised Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy)
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- 1 year of experience in hospital setting
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position
