Senior Project Specialist (Enterprice Excellence)
  • 5 days’ work week; Mondays to Fridays
  • Central location; Accessible from MRT station
  • Basic salary up to S$8000/month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned improvement projects and initiatives across Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization within APAC
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that projects run successfully and meet the company performance indicators
  • Take up regional Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects while supporting Global function
  • Develop, maintain, report and drive improvements in Supply Chain Management (SCM) KPIs
  • Review business performance with the business leaders and work closely with the teams to interpret results, synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations, lead initiative and ensure feedback loop in the strategy process
  • Lead and participate in Regional RFQ/ RFP/ RFI for contract logistics and standardize SCM procurement process
  • Understand financial methodologies
  • Work with key stakeholders on cross-organizational improvement opportunities
  • Provide ad hoc support in the form of functional data research, report generation and analytical support
  • Communicate accurate and timely project status, issues, risks etc to program manager and relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Business or equivalent
  • 8 years of relevant supply chain experience with minimum 3 years in building business cases and leading SCM strategic/ improvement projects using project methodologies
  • Experience leading contract logistics RFQ/ RFP/ RFI in APAC countries
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
