Our client, an established US Based MNC handling distribution of medical devices, is seeking for a suitable and passionate candidate to join the team!

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of customer service, supply chain planning, logistics and distribution management for SEA+ region
  • Build and implement a best-in-class supply chain to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and working capital management (inventory)
  • Manage country supply chain distribution cost variable and fixed to meet the agreed budget
  • Lead the team to meet the agreed global, regional and local targets/ objectives as revenue, inventory turn
  • Lead and facilitate cross functional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Drive forecast accuracy, material availability, working capital management and excellence in service to customers
  • Ensure customs and trade compliant with 3rd Party Broker and Source and Global Trade Compliance Team
  • Manage 3PL service providers and ensure efficient operations within customer service, warehouse and distribution
  • Establish platform and provide guidance to align the Business Unit Forecast to increase service level and reduce backorders to customers
  • Identify improvement opportunities in all supply chain areas across functions and lead projects to improve overall supply chain operation efficiencies

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management including Supply Demand Planning, logistics and distribution management
  • Experience implementing supply chain improvement initiatives, managing 3PL in warehouse and distribution environment
  • Candidates with working knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
