    Our client, a leading firm specializing in outsourced payroll and corporate secretarial services, is current seeking experienced and enthusiastic candidates to join as a HR Associate (Payroll).

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform full cycle of monthly payroll for clients (approx. 400 headcount per month)
    • Handle government-paid leave claims and NS claims
    • Submission of IR21 and IR8A, IR8S/Appendix 8A/8B for employment income
    • Handle employment pass applications
    • Manage e-portal-related matters
    • Attend payroll and HR-related inquiries
    • Ad-hoc activities as and when requested

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
    • Diploma in Accounting / HR or equivalent
    • Proficient in Times Software, Excel spreadsheet, and Pivot Table
    • Familiar with Singapore Employment Law, CPF, and IRAS Regulations
    • Independent, self-driven, and good team player
    • Able to multi-task & detail-minded

    • Monitor Fixed Asset payment including deposit paid but not yet capitalized
    • Prepare payment & journal entries
    • Work with Assistant AP Manager on any ad-hoc duties

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / currently pursuing ACCA
    • 5 years of experience in accounting
    • Strong in accounting entries, experienced in GST submission, proficient in MS Excel applications (formulas, pivot table and basic functions)
    • Knowledge of SAP and Accpac is a plus

    • Operating the accounts payable systems to capture all expenses.
    • Reconciling the key accounts in preparation for audits.
    • Send invoices for verification and follow up for timely processing.
    • Ensure that the appropriate approving officers approve all invoices based on the purchasing policy of the company.
    • Input all invoices timely and accurately.
    • Follow all internal controls policies established.

    A) Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the arrangement and follow-up of all payments with A/C Department on crew claim handling.
    • Assist in the arrangement of Premium payment with A/C Department for all insurance premium.
    • Issuance/submission of claim/debit notes to CLUB.
    • Assist in monitoring, recording and updating of Club’s reimbursement and claim statistics.

    B) Job Requirements:

    • Qualification: Minimum O/A level or equivalent professional qualifications
