    Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team as a Brew Crew Leader.

    Key responsibilities

    • Planning, forecasting and tracking, including assisting with daily production (bottling, labelling, packing).
    • Ensuring the maintenance of the general cleanliness of the production floor.
    • Tracking, planning and coordinate inventory, restocking and delivery.
    • Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure timely deployment and set-up.
    • Produce daily production reports, facility updates and weekly updates for management.

    Job requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of F&B manufacturing or related experience
    • Acquired WSQ Food Safety Hygiene Certification

    Job Responsibilities:

    Leader & People Management

    • Lead, motivate and drive the total rewards team to manage all aspects of company’s employee compensation and benefits program.
    • Build a learning-oriented team by sharing information, knowledge, expertise and best practices where necessary and relevant. Total Rewards Operations
    • Formulate, strengthen and implement Total Rewards policies and Processes for talent attraction and retention.
    • Collaborate with global and regional Total Rewards leaders.
    • Lead key Total Rewards projects from design development to implementation
    • Lead the annual budgeting review and annual salary review to support smooth execution in the company.
    • Participate in local compensation and benefits survey and/or to initiate customized Total rewards survey, to benchmark and analyse market data for internal and external equity.
    • Review employee benefits treatment by country and make proposals for enhancement, market competitiveness
    • Actively participate, collaborate, or lead, in regional/ local projects when required, to support the implementation of relevant HR processes.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum Degree and above with strong total rewards background of at least 10 years, covering Asia markets in a MNC environment.
    • Utilizing data from respective consultants to evaluate salary market data; and run comparison reports within an HRIS system.
    • Strong proficiency with basic productivity tools and software, e.g. MSWord, Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-lookups, graphs, and formulas (including if-then statements) to carry out compensation analyses.

    The Company is a leading US semiconductor equipment manufacturer, and currently is seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Tax Manager (Transfer Pricing).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and assist with strategic transfer pricing planning and implementation of tax strategies
    • Conduct regular internal review of Transfer Pricing policies in accordance with the latest BEPS / tax regulation developments
    • Manage operational Transfer Pricing processes related to intercompany transactions and forecasting for US GAAP accounting purposes
    • Collaborate with the corporate functions/ business units to manage transfer pricing projects and compliance activities, perform and review internal Transfer Pricing computation and adjustments
    • Review intercompany contracts and collaborate with business functions to ensure intercompany contracts are aligned with company strategy and minimize potential tax risks to the company
    • Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation such as CbCR, master files and local files, intercompany agreements both in-house and with external tax advisors
    • Partner with the various Business Units to provide pragmatic solutions to commercial arrangements
    • Provide assistance with Transfer Pricing aspects of tax authority queries or formal audits to local teams
    • Identify and communicate opportunities for cost savings, simplification, and risk minimization
    • This role reports to the Global head of Tax.

     Job Requirements:

    • Degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or equivalent
    • Possess at 6 – 8 years of tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting or MNC industry experience
    • Possess experience with the operational aspects of the global transfer pricing function of the organization (tax provision forecasting, monitoring the accuracy of transfer pricing transactions booked in US GAAP books, setting of intercompany sales pricing, etc.)
    • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and methodologies
    • Working knowledge of US GAAP tax accounting and FIN48 is preferred

    • Responsible for the overall smooth operations of the building; ensuring minimal disruption
    • Plan, budget and supervise all preventive maintenance of building facilities
    • Conduct & evaluate quotation/ tender exercises and make recommendations for the appointment of contractors and/or vendors
    • Manage and monitor the performance of contractors/ products to ensure their services/ products are in accordance to contractual requirements; review and check claims by the contractors
    • Resolve technical and issues encountered by the contractors
    • Ensure proper usage and maintenace of equipment, building utilities and security measures
    • Monitor and liaise with relevant regulatory authroities to ensure all statutory requirements are in compliance
    • Source for tenants and analyse tenancy market trend
    • Build strong relationship with tenants and ensure their needs & requirements are met and in compliance to regulations
    • Ensure tenancy movement reports and proper documentation of all tenancy fit-out matters

    Skill Requirements

    • Min. Diploma/ Degree in Facilities Management/ Building Services/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
    • Candidates with Fire Safety Certificate will be advantageous
    • 5-8 years’ experience in related Facilities Management; preferably with management of commercial building experience
    • Knowledge in handling Health, Safety and Environmental issues
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
