    Our Client, a leading MNC in the logistics industry, is seeking for an incumbent to join their Human Resource team as a Compensation and Benefits Administrator.

    Job Responsibilities

    • To manage non-native benefits for employees
    • To enrol and terminate insurance programme for new hires and resignees
    • To validate employment contacts, update probation confirmation/extension letters
    • To apply and renew work passes via EPOnline and WPOnline
    • To submit governmental claims (E.g. Childcare claim, NS claim etc)
    • To provide support on payroll related matters

     

    Job Requirements

    • Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of related experience
    • Proficient in MS Office

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Candidates Management

    • To source, search, select and qualify suitable job applicants for position openings
    • To conduct face-to-face interview with potential job applicants
    • To assist in applicant’s resume preparation when necessary
    • To conduct reference check on shortlisted incumbent so as to establish their work experience, attitude and aptitude
    • To provide advice on market sentiment to job applicants

    Clients Management

    • To conduct business development activities, conduct market research and attend business meetings
    • To develop potential clients and establish strong working partnership
    • To provide advises to clients on economy outlook, salary compensation, labour market sentiment, etc

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Min a Diploma / University Degree
    • Enjoy working in a team base environment
    • No prior work experience is required as training will be provided
