A leading early intervention therapy centre is seeking dedicated and experienced candidates to join their team as Behaviour Therapist.

Responsibilities:

• Study client’s behaviour and apply ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) principles \Develop individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
• Implement IEPs, assess students’ performance and track their progress
• Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect student’s progress and goals
• Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in students’ behaviour
• Become familiar with and use behavioural redirection techniques
• Know how to respond to negative behaviours appropriately
• Provide written documentation on each student
• Communicate progress with managers and parents

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma/ Degree in Psychology/ Early Childhood or equivalent
• At least 1year(s) working experience in the related field
