A leading MNC in the maritime transportation industry is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join its team as a Finance Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the finance team in their daily operations (AP, AR, GL)
- Review monthly management accounts to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Review management reports for the Group
- Manage compliance reports and other reports when required
- Corporate tax management – ensure tax compliance and act as the main liaison with tax agents
- Analyse and report on budget variances, providing solutions to optimize financial performance
- Liaising with external auditors, facilitate the audit process, ensuring timely provision of required documentation.
- Responsible for treasury functions and cash flow.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ ACCA equivalent
- Possess at least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in finance
- Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore or equivalent overseas CPA
- Possess working knowledge of FRS, Tax regulations and other related practices
