An established government-linked agency focusing on the community health sector is seeking for applicants with relevant experience and a passion for community to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities, develop strategies and scope proposals to develop and enhance services and build organisational capabilities of community care partners
• Analyse data to assess the impact of funded projects; to improve grant design and administration to better support community care partners
• Liaise and work closely with funding care partners to assess the feasibility of funding proposals and improve the impact of funded projects
• Develop requirements and assist in the project management of a grant management IT system
• Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Health/ Social Science or the equivalent
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
