Our client, a primary healthcare institution in Singapore, is currently seeking candidates to join them as a Senior/ Staff Nurse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and provide health education for patients
- Document patient care accurately and concisely
- Provide nursing care according to nursing policies and nursing practices
- Teach and advise patients with chronic conditions on self-management skills
- Collaborate with other departments and/or community partners to achieve continuity of care
- Monitor patients’ condition and treatment
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Experience in nursing and managing patients with chronic conditions is advantageous
