Our client, an established Contract Lubricant Manufacturer, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and purchase raw materials from approved vendors to meet production, quality targets and delivery schedule
• Coordinate timely delivery of raw materials for Just in Time (JIT) Production
• Handle full import process inclusive of permits, insurance and documentations for importing of raw materials
• Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Generate packaging orders, labels and production stickers for packaged products based on customers’ requirements
• Generate the Daily Tank Truck Loading Schedule for road truck loading of base oil and product
• Timely and daily update on Raw Material Purchase status to support production needs
• Maintain the price list for all raw materials
• Handle the full spectrum of order processing and coordination of logistics matters

Job Requirements:

• a Diploma and above in Business/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
